GMT Mobile enables healthcare providers to efficiently document their entire patient encounter.

Upon setup, the provider's patient schedule is automatically synced to their iPhone. This allows the provider to easily select a patient and begin recording their notes via dictation. The finalized dictation is sent in the background to a medical transcriptionist or speech understanding engine for generating a typed report.

During the dictation process, the provider has access to templates and past notes for the specific patient, enhancing the documentation procedure. Furthermore, if the provider utilizes multiple devices, the patient schedule is synchronized across platforms to display which dictations are pending completion.

Once transcribed, the report becomes available for review, editing, and electronic signature.
